Refunds & Returns

The licensees only stock leading brands. We are confident that you will find our products satisfactory. If you however experience any problem or concern with any of our products, please refer to the options provided below.


14 days exchange or refund policy

Our licensees will refund or exchange any item purchased from them if the item is returned in its original packaging and is deemed to be sellable if the product does not perform in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications within 14 days of purchase. Items will only be accepted for refund or exchange once proof of purchase is provided to us. Items that were used extensively may not be considered for a refund.


Are any goods excluded from the 14 day exchange or refund policy?

Yes, there are a few exceptions due to applicable legislation or for reasons of cost efficiency. The goods we exclude from the 14 day return and exchange policy are:

•Inks and Toners, Software, CD’s, DVD’s and pre-recorded videos that are protected by copyright law. Unless there is a manufacturing defect in the goods, you can only return these goods if they are still in the original condition as sold and the packaging has not been opened yet.

•Goods purchased by way of special arrangement or custom made to order will only be replaced or repaired if defective.

•Perishable goods that are returned beyond their expiry dates.


Damaged or faulty products

If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will collect or have the product collected at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance.


Returning products that were incorrectly supplied

If a product is delivered to you that does not correspond to that of what was ordered (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), the licensee will arrange to collect the product from you, and they will deliver the correct product to you within a reasonable timeframe.

 Please do not attempt to remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact the relevant licensee, and they will ensure that the correct item is delivered.

Note to Parents:

Do not feel obliged to purchase all new stationery for 2021.

If your child still has any of the required items from previous years, please feel free to use them.
Please change the quantity of items not required to "0".
Double check that you do not order dictionaries, calculators etc. that you already have! 
Also check that you do not order the same item TWICE as some products are often repeated for different subjects! 
Where the ISBN number on your lists differs from ours, it is because we stock the LATEST EDITION of all the books and dictionaries. 
We reserve the right to substitute items with similar items (of the same or higher Rand value) when stock is not available on your ordered item. 
If you need your order to be DELIVERED to your HOME, you have to TICK the "HOME DELIVERY" BOX at the BOTTOM of your stationery list.
